If Europe should not take over this 'superb idea', it's the market that will kill this 'Trader Killer'. Thinks what happens with WallStreet if this should only be implemented in the States ...

heard about this before but picked it up on message boards today. I do not have much information on this but I understand that banks and larger brokers would not have to pay it, so they just want to kill the little man? Also I do not know if this applies for stocks only? But if this becomes law then for me it will be better to get my money back to Europe as well. I would loose all the advantage of lower commision. I hope they stop this.
