If you display chart for the first time since AB start IQfeed will always
backfill because in most cases you have gap in the data since you were last running AB
so backfill is necessary regardless of the fact if symbols was or wasn't in RT quote.
Also since there are many pages in RT quote and you may have way more symbols
in RT quote window pages than your subscription limit, there is no guarantee
that given symbol was indeed streamed non-stop or was unsubscribed and re-subscribed
automatically as pages were switched. All this causes that backfill is necessary
anyway to maintain gap-free operation.
