Greetings all --
Regarding delivery of Introduction to AmiBroker.
My printer informed me today that the printing, wrapping, and packing of my book has been completed. It will be loaded onto the truck today or Monday, and I should receive them by about October 30. As soon as I receive books, I will begin shipping them. Shipments will be done in the order the orders were received within mailing categories. All Express mail will be sent out first, then all Priority mail, then Media Mail. I will send an email to each person when their shipment date is known for certain.
Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered a copy. And thanks for your patience as we all waited through the printer's schedule -- they took about two weeks longer than their original schedule estimate.
If you have not pre-ordered, but do want to get a copy as quickly as possible, order now with Express Mail or Priority Mail shipping. If you want a copy and want save a few dollars, order with Media Mail shipping which is included in the price of the book.

There is one complete chapter posted -- the installation of AmiBroker and the installation of several databases -- end-of-day and real-time, free and subscritpion. The table of contents and index are also posted.

entering the printing process next week. This book is larger (608
pages) than Quantitative Trading Systems. It will be bound as a
"lay-flat" perfect-bound book, which means that you can open the book
flat without breaking the spine and it will stay open on your desk.
Being larger and being bound lay-flat both cause the book to take
longer to print and bind. I am told that the schedule has the book
coming off the line, printed, bound, wrapped, and packed, the last
week of October. From there it goes on a truck and is delivered to me.
As soon as I receive books, they will be sent out. Again depending on
the printer and trucker schedule, that looks to be the first week in
November.
