I switched from QP subscription to PM. PM works fine for me but I am unable to give you quantitative answer for all your questions... I wonder if any one can. Since all systems and their requirements are different it might be best for you to take a trial subscription and compare it to QP.
There is data for delisted stocks. Except for some minor install problems I have experienced no problems of any kind. I like the data. The histories and categories are impressive and allow for lots of play :-)
