[amibroker] Quotes Plus vs. Norgate Premium Data

I will be interested to hear the experience of other users who have
tried one or both of the Quotes Plus and Norgate Premium Data services.

Some of the points I am curious about are:

- Accuracy of the quote data
- Quick resolution of inaccuracies
- Ease of use during initial database setup
- Ease of use during daily download
- Server reliability and responsiveness
- Any periodic maintenance required
- Ability to determine which stocks are shortable
- Ability to determine which stocks are optionable
- Adjustments for splits and dividends
- Ability to determine the true historical price a stock actually
traded at
- Availability of historical data for delisted stocks
