[amibroker] sending notification every 5 minutes

hi
i use auto analysis every 5 sec. however i want to send a voice alert 
prompting me to check charts every 5 minutes. i tried a simple 
methodology but it does not work as i wished. can someone point out 
where i errored.
if( s = Status("stocknum") == 0 )
    {
	
	StaticVarSetText("CurrentScanInterval",SayString);

	
// remind to check charts every 5 minutes

LastCheck=StaticVarGet("LastCheck");
Currenttime=LastValue(Minute());
