Yes. Set up a shortcut on your desktop point to AmiBroker and then
specifiy the database you want it to load after by changing the
properties of the shortcut... in the following format for example....

Target for shortcut

"C:\Program Files (x86)\AmiBroker\Broker.exe" /database "C:\Program
Files (x86)\AmiBroker\TestDataBase"

For each database, whatever chart layout you save as the default
should appear.
