Sidhartha70, frankly you didnt have a need to look outside the box with
other software because they don't make new releases with new
functionalities every few weeks. Now that you know, make the best use
of it for your own benefit.
I believe this will become a new paradigm, because it allows competent
but small software developer to compete on a global scale, with some of
their burden of adequate documentation being taken care by a superb
search engine, and they concentrate on product development.
"documentation could and should be improved inmany areas" -
Documentation will be improved by grouping pages into defined domains
so they can be searched effectively.
"So you giving the teacher an apple doesn't really change anything" -
But a customer providing a useful suggestion that helps my vendor
improve his productivity, will sometime change a lot. That is my
intention.
