Except that Plottext does not have all the features of plotshapes so
the 2 cannot easily be aligned. 
(i.e. see may suggestion #44 Apr 10th, Apr 12th, 2006 add feature to
PlotText to support StyleOwnScale)
Dennis's suggestion to use user defined gfx shapes would be great, but
it too has the difficulty of lining up normal charting elemnet and gfx
charting elements. It would also be great if that can be unified with
a user defined arrow.
