[amibroker] keep offset of plot shapes consistently above the high or low

as u can see from the screenshot the offset is sometimes above the high 
and sometimes not. its because the offset is plotted as 30 pixels plus. 
how do i make it dynamic so it is high +  <xpixels>
i am not able to transulate the price into pixels.
