I could not find the link either. I wrote to support to get the link:

The web site says that it is 25% faster than the 32 bit version on 
the same hardware. That is significant improvement when it comes to 
optimization. Just imagine if an optimization takes 4 days to 
complete on a x32 machine, on a x64 machine it would take 3 days. A 
savings of 24 hours, that is significant. I have not been able to 
verify it myself. My system requires release 5.1 and currently the 
available version is 5.0 . Tomasz, tells us that not many people are 
using the x64 version. Well, if people cannot find it easily (or 
don't know about it) and x64 releases are few months behind x32 
version then one has be an idiot to use it or not need the new 
features. The more people use it the more they will put pressure on 
data vendors to provide 64 bit plugins. I guess we go back to the 
same old story, did the egg come first or the chicken. I must confess 
that I have no idea what it takes to release the 64 bit version.
