Hello Grant,

I am following your tracks. Your words are encouraging for beginners.

This thread was to warn that the reloading of a modified formula in AA
can be a trap.
Probably because of my way of doing.
When things are wrong, the first thing I call into question is me. AB
as many years and many skillfull designers.

I had a look at another AT-software based on VBA (Visual Basic
Application).
As I am a bit more comfortable with this language and the associated
tools, I was surprised to discover that examples were not simple at all.

AB is tempting to discover matrix and to appreciate fast time response.
Trading is my main concern, but trading without automated system is,
IMO, a nonsense and outdated.

With no regrets, I am happy to use AB.
I have a lot to learn from the public formulas of the UKB, from the
QTS Howard's book, from the User's list posts.
I know it' an assault course with many hitches.

As soon as a trading system will trade for real, the pleasure to dig
into codes will surge.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your AB's exploring
route.

Have a good day

Regards

R
