For AB-qpFeed users a question. I'm having major problems with
getting intraday data (1 min bar db, 7400 bars, local data enabled) -
using Vista Home premium, AB 5.05pro, qpFeed 1.0.91 plug-in. Have
been working with this about a month using this db with only 40-50
symbols (hi volume stocks/etfs and a few indexes) and no real
problems. First exploration with 'wait for backfill' checked took 6
minutes, symbols stayed current. Just increased db to 126 symbols
and found at best I could keep the first 100 symbols going through
the exploration would update and remaining symbols would NOT update
to current. I could refresh these symbols to current but they would
not stay current even while the chart stayed on the screen. Anyone
using qpFeed - would appreciate your experience ?Ara, ?Kevin
Thanks, Dan

to resell their real time feed. They have been delivering real time
information for many years from downtown Chicago near the futures

to their servers to keep historical intraday data for 6 months
instead of the current 3 months. These updates caused some problems
with the servers, and as a result, they missed capturing some
intraday stock data.

the bars for the last hour. This will, of course, impact any tests
that are run on the intra day data. The problem has been corrected,
but the data for that period is lost. Commodity data was not
affected, just stock and index data.
