[amibroker] What is the best way to use walk-forward?

Hi,

What is the best way to use the new walk-forward feature?  I just upgraded to 5.08 and I wonder how to get the best out of this.  Is it good to optimize parameters, or better to resampling?  Can it help me if my guess is that something has changed in the market let's say.. last year?
