FWIW, I also researched finding the historical components for the R2K
Index and could not find any. So I contacted the Russell Group. The
representative told me that they don't make public announcements to
the changes in each of their indexes. That I could subscribe to a
service that would allow me access to that data as well as notices for
when changes are made. Don't remember the price but I do remember
feeling it was astronomical.
If you should find a source, please do share.
