The Peak , zig, etc is not recognized until the % change in the opposite direction....example would be say you have 5 % as your  change parameter....then the Peak would not be recognized until the price array dropped by 5 %....

Can you clarify on that? Is that the % change of the peak relative to some reference point?
How is the % change measured?
