[amibroker] Code Learning References as a New User Used to Use Metastock

Hi to all,

I am a new user of AmiBroker and used to use Metastock.  I notice that 
there are a lot of similarity on the coding syntax, but obviously 
AmiBroker's AFL is much powerful.

As a new user, I would like to seek your advice to study AFL, but I 
don't know where to start.

Is there a complete manual to show all the syntax of the AFL?  Where 
can I download it?

Is there any code examples that I can learn?
