[amibroker] printing a list of watchlist names to which a stock belongs to

i want to display the list of watchlist names a stock belongs to on the 
left to. however as the chart refresh is set to 1 sec. would this slow 
down the application. is there a better way to do that than 
1. get list of watchlists a stock is member of
2. add it to the title.

i will code it this way if there is no better suggested way.
