Anyone familiar with add ons manager.
My IE on my laptop starts with ad ons disable and
the add ons manager is not accessible (grayed out), so I can not activate things
like Active-X controls etc...
Microsoft help states that IE should start with add
ons enable by default. I can not find anything about why the add ons manager is
grayed out.
