I would be careful of the Hurst code in the library.  There are a couple of Hurst services.  Suggest you Google for them and compare anything you do to their output or simply subscribe to their service.  There are some tricky aspects from a coding viewpoint that you will have to conquer as well as display issues.  You should also become familiar with the methodology and Hurst's book "The Profit Magic of Stock Transaction Timing" is the place to start but there is an advanced book consisting of a course that Hurst taught that many Hurst parishioners swear by.  Swing Machine's website is www.theswingmachine.com and there you will find Hurst and other cycle programs that are programmed in Easy Language for Tradestation.  People who use these programs like them but I have no direct experience with them.

There are forward looking projections, including Hurst cycles and the proprietary work of Clyde Lees Swing Machine.  I'll let you decide if they suit your needs.

Subject: [amibroker] Leading indicators

Dear Thomasz and Brian,

I have explored indicators that I am aware of, but I have not found single leading indicator. Eventhough I hv changed the parameters, , the indicators were all lagged. The fastest indicator that I am aware of is Heikin-Ashi, but still it is not leading indicator. In the best of your knowledge and experience, what are leading indicators available for AB users (or at least faster that Heikin-Ashi) ? Logically (for non-IT guy like me), the leading indicator must contain price linear regression and volume components.
I am aware that if someone had it, he or she must be a multibillioner and wouldnt share with us. Ha ha ha

Regards,
Kethek
