Hello,

The popup tooltip will show if you move your mouse over CONN light and stop moving(i.e. don't move the mouse for 2 seconds).

As for auto-back fill, go to File->Database Settings, Configure and check "request backfill on first access".

If you still experiencing problems - restart Windows, as you may be running it for long time and it "consumed" resources.
