[amibroker] IB Plugin cant change settings

I have IB connected and the CONN light is on but I can't get the popup 
using the right or left click on the CONN button. And it doesn't auto 
back fill. What could cause this? I blew up the data base and rebuilt 
it. I have compared the settings with another computer that is working 
and they are the same. I just made a modification in the settings and 
it reconnected to IB. But I still can't get the CONN popup to work. 
What could cause this problem?
