[amibroker] SNSA# IQ feed problem

Hi,

I am trying to get the history for SNSA# using IQfeed, but it doesn't
work.
I called iq people and they told me the symbols is ok on their feed.
Anybody experienced the same and knows how to fix it?
I am interested in the iq sgx(singapore)  symbols in general.
