I don’t understand this feature (scale) very well:

 

My code is

 

PlotForeign( "TWM", "TWM", colorRed ,styleOwnScale);

PlotForeign( "UWM", "UWM", colorBlue ,styleOwnScale);

 

Chart looks like this:

 

I want it to look like this

I don’t understand how to do this arithmetic type scale but I am thinking it is a n existing setting.
