Use tiered system:
Tier 1:
Tier Unit: Number of Shares
Tier Minimum: 0
Tier Maximum: 500
Per Share: 0.01
Per Trade: 0
Min amount: 1
(set remaining fields to zero)
Tier 2:
Tier Unit: Number of Shares
Tier Minimum: 501
Tier Maximum: 999999
Per Share: 0.005
Per Trade: 2.5
Min amount: 1
(set remaining fields to zero)
(note that 2.5 in second tier came from multiplying 500 * 0.005
- it is so because first 500 shares cost you the difference between rates on tier2 and tier1 extra)
