Here are a couple of common problems

Make certain the symbols information have "Use only local database" not ticked

In Database Settings - Configure, untick the "Use optimised routine"
as this only retrieves latest quotes. The optimised can make it
quicker but unless the symbols are always pulling data (eg showing on
screen) you will not get all the data
