[amibroker] Interactive Broker feed problems into Amibroker

Hello.

I have had serious problems with my IB feed into AB of late.

Began post-Christmas, and became untradable due to erratic start and 
close time cut offs. The feed stopped updating live at all on Friday 
night, and has not backfilled since.

I have done everything amibroker support has so far suggested, i.e. 
using TWS 879 and re-configuring the database. This has still left me 
with the same problem, with charts on the old database still not 
backfilling, and ones through the new database not at all either.

TWS still works fine.

Any help correcting this will be greatly appreciated.
