[amibroker] Transputers, WAS: Which C++ compiler do you use to compile AmiBroker ?

I haven't heard anyone mention Transputers in a very long time. We
were using the ill-fated Transputers to process neural networks almost
20 years ago. At the time, I hoped parallel processing would become
mainstream. It was a long wait for multi-processor PCs.
