[amibroker] incorrect signal. dunno what is wrong

I have this code and it gives incorrect signal. for eg. it returns 
CBAK  as a short candidates. The cci 14 was never below zero in the 
last 6 bars but it still returned it as  a short candidate.

CCI14LessThanZero=BarsSince(CCI(14)<0);
			CCI14GreaterThanZero=BarsSince(CCI(14)>0);

		
			Buy=Close>Ref(Close,-1) AND 
CCI14GreaterThanZero;

		
			Short=Close<Ref(Close,-1) AND CCI14LessThanZero;
