[amibroker] how to export quotes with timestamp

HI
 i know it's possible export quotes, but timestamp doesn't print.

i've tried put 

  oDate.getTime()

in "export.js" example but print a number similar to "1178718420000" 

SDP-SMART-STK,2007-5-9,1178718480000,53.33,53.33,53.33,53.33,1

also  tried 

   oDate.getHour() 

and oters, but does'nt run at all.

¿?how write .js o .vbs to export a .csv with  lines like 

SDP-SMART-STK,2007-5-9,15:33:30,53.33,53.33,53.33,53.33,1

by expample o similar time output.
