[amibroker] Can I run two copies of AB to down load intraday data?

I have accounts at Scottrade and Interactive Brokers. I would like to 
run two instances of AB, one with the IB plugin and the other with 
QuoteTraker plugin to Scottrade. Can I do this without corrupting my 
database? I tried downloading EOD data with AmiQuote while the QT-
Scottrade instance was running and it put the EOD data in the intraday 
database for Scottrade. Will that happen if I try to get data from 
Scottrade and IB at the same time?
