Talk about your learning curve! I went from zero knowledge of CBT (never used ATC either..) to
arriving at a result I've been after for nearly 18 months. Thanks so much GP & Graham for the
generous info & code. It's a wonderful thing, I'm so happy :D

ps. GP, your revised PDF needs a tiny tweak in the code on p11. You have
evol = Foreign("~evol"+sig.Symbol, "V"); where "~evol" needs changing to "~evol_" to be consistent
w/ p10. Thanks again for the doc - a wonderfully generous contribution.
