TimeFrameGetPrice("H", inMonthly, -1);
crates array of the monthly highs.
  - 1 parameter shifts the array forward so you have previous month high  
shown on top of the current period of price chart.

if you need daily highs  to construct pivots use:
TimeFrameGetPrice("H", inDaily, -1);
