Assuming you have then defined in your Tools menu, you need to invoke wscript.exe to run the .js files.

 

Here’s how I do it here:

 

Command: wscript.exe
Arguments: //E:_javascript_ scriptname.js
Initial directory: C:\Program Files\AmiBroker\Scripts
