I think, another way how to code this is:

waitPeriod = 10;
triggerPercentage = 1;

SetupLong = Hold(C < BBandBot(C, 20, 2), waitPeriod);
SetupPriceLong = ValueWhen(SetupLong,H) * triggerPercentage;
Buy = Cross(H, SetupPriceLong) AND SetupLong;
BuyPrice = SetupPriceLong;
