You can display realtime information provided by the datasource in the 
Realtime Quote window (View -> Realtime Quote)

2)
If you additionally need to calculate some custom statistics - then use 
Automatic Analysis window and EXPLORATION feature:
http://www.amibroker.com/guide/h_exploration.html

If you mark "Run every" box - you can have your statistics recalculated, 
even every 1-second.
