[amibroker] Writing help file for dll functions

I've been writing dll for quite a while. one of reasons that I haven't 
published any was the absence (for me) of help file writing facilities 
for dll functions, Idealy, I would like my dll functions to have help 
that is available like AB's native functions.
If somebody can show me how to compile and append chm help to the 
existing chm regime. that would be really good and I can share some of 
the dlls in the third party area.
