Hello,
Program is not installed properly.
On Vista you must run FULL installer, you can not copy things and think it will work.
It won't. Vista is paranoic about access rights and does not allow to register OLE
servers EVEN if you run Admin account. You need to be "ELEVATED" admin.
So run FULL SETUP of AmiBroker 4.90 (not the upgrade). Then do NOT
uncheck "run AmiBroker" in the setup program. AmiBroker must be run at least
once with elevated status to be able to register OLE server.
Better yet turn this UAC off as it is just problem-generator.
