[amibroker] esignal data package not available to us?

Yesterday I got into an online chat w/ an esignal rep about their
"data only" package and he said it was not available.

Today I decided to call and spoke to someone on the phone about their
"data only" package and this is what he said:

"We were going to offer a data only package but management changed its
mind and it is only available to a limited number of partners and
AmiBroker is not one of them."    

I know at least 1 or 2 folks on th eobard have managed to get the data
only package so I'm throwing this out there for discussion.   I would
obviously rather get that package and pay that price and I'm not sure
how to go about making that happen.
