[amibroker] Why Help file links open in Internet Explorer?

I use AB 4.9. Firefox is my default browser. Does anyone know why the
links in the AB Help file are launched in Internet Explorer?

On the other hand, the links in Help > Web links are launched in Firefox.

I've followed all the advice on the Mozilla site for making Firefox my
default browser.
