I've been working throo' the code in Howard's QTS book and have been amazed at the clarity of the 
code and the amount of "bang" one can get with little code using array syntax. It's taken me a while 
to get my head around the array thing (I've made many departures into loop code) but for simplicity 
it's just the best. Don't be sorry, be determined to work it out :)
