Hi Jim,

Look up 'addtocomposite' and the IndustryId() or SectorId() command.  I'm pretty sure that addtocomposite has an example of calculating your own adv/dec line.  If you filter it by industry / sector, then you will be able to create custom adv/dec lines.   You could actually create one by watchlist if you so chose.
