[amibroker] OpenTick plugin now available

OpenTick has released a data feed plugin for AB.

You will need to open an account to gain acces to their data.

One early question.  Plugin does not seem to support tick data all
though it is an option in time interval when setting up the database.
 Not sure if this restriction is on AB side or OpenTick side.
