I noticed that you also raised the same question in Yahoo group metastock mail list , but so far zero response, compared to seven responses on this yahoo group (Amibroker's group) before my post. It is a huge difference , isn't it ?
In my case, I wanted to find an software to automate my trading strategies, I have never heard anyone recommending metastock for purpose, but I bought Amibroker 70 days ago and began to learn the AFL syntax and AT codes, and now I can run all my five strategies in real-time automated mode, I learned a lot from the Amibroker's groups, it's definately the software with the best technical support.
