You can certainly store data inan array element by element

MyArray[0] = dataelement1;
MyArray[1] = dataelement2;
MyArray[2] = dataelement3;
etc

Plot(MyArray,....);

if you put your dataelements in dynamic variables first, then you can put 
them in an array easily

for (i=0; i<maxelement; i++)
{
MyArray[i] = VarGet(VarName);
}
