I upgraded now to latest 864.7 and AB works fine with it.
 
Did you configure TWS correctly? Specifically did you add
127.0.0.1 to Trusted IP addresses ?

(Otherwise TWS will display the box "allow incoming connection" and
will block on it until you click OK)
