Hello,
Open any web page, then click on the LINK on that web page with right mouse button and you will see
standard Internet Explorer context menu with (open, open in new window, save target as...) menu.
If you click on the "Open in new window" is then intercepted and opens a new tab instead.

Hi - I can't seem to find a right-clcik menu that says "Open in new window", as mentioned in the readme. I have right-clicked all over the place - anyone know how to get there? Thanks!
