[amibroker] About Web Research "Sync" button

Hello,

Just a note about "Sync" button:

it works like "ON/OFF" switch. It does not perform actual syncing, but switches auto-sync feature on/off.
When it is ON, then if you CHANGE THE TICKER, the browser will automatically synchronize to display
the page for currently selected ticker.
If it is OFF, then changing the ticker would not cause any change in browser (this is useful if you want to keep
the page unchanged while switching symbols)
