You've helped make it all alot clearer for me.
This is really an extremely difficult decison, it sounds like
Amibroker has alot of potential, but to realise it you'd have to be
proficient in programming (at least in advanced AFL). For a
non-programmer I am having some serious doubts.
As for Tradingblox if it were not for the jaw-dropping price tag I'd
probably sway to that side, as it seems to have adequate capabilities
and is user-friendly.
In the end if Amibroker had a system wizard similar to blox (user
friendly for non-programmers) especially for advanced functions in
defining your own sophisticated money managment, risk management etc.
There is no doubt in my mind I would buy Amibroker *hint-hint*.
Truthfully if the developer Tomaz made these changes there's a good
chance his business would measurable improve. He'd have opened the
door to a whole new segment of customers i.e. ppl like me :).
But that's just my opinion :)
