Hi Michael - I got the system launched and will work with it later today.  
In addition to making sure I had a folder named DATA in the Amibroker directory,
I had to create and name a file ID-List.txt to get the code to precompile and launch. 

Just prelim comments but this might help someone facing the same issues.

  Here is the new Basic Portfolio Tracker (V3.00)
   Greatly simplified from previous releases, But much more flexible.

  The purpose of this Indicator is to Visually track the status of trades.
  Included in the docs is a quick rundown on usage, aka Basic operation.

  If anyone could PLEASE give this a test run, And let me know of problems.
